To provide hands-on, high-quality administrative and operational support that enables the OneBanx team to perform at its best. The Business Administrator works autonomously to manage day-to-day processes, maintains accurate records and information, and collaborates across teams to ensure deadlines, standards, and service expectations are consistently met. Supports ad-hoc projects as needed. Is the central point of contact for OneBanx.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records and digital files, ensuring version control and information governance.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings to note minutes/actions (as required); track follow-ups to completion and escalate risks appropriately.
- Create and maintain reports as required to support departments; analyse trends and highlight insights to management in support of decision-making.
- Provide administrative support across departments, including handling correspondence, preparing documents and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with company events, team building activities and other corporate functions.
- Coordinate communications and updates across teams; ensuring information is clear, professional, and timely.
- Assist with accounting queries and invoice processing.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working; document processes and implement pragmatic improvements.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in a business administration, office administration, or operations support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint); confident producing well-formatted documents and spreadsheets.
- Analytical mindset with ability to build and maintain data/data tracking, reconcile data, and present clear summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and deliver to deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting finance/HR is desirable.
