Glory Farm Primary School is seeking a dedicated Home School Link Worker to support families of disadvantaged and vulnerable children, strengthen home–school links and improve attendance. This 10-hour-per-week role, ideally across 2 days, is a fixed-term appointment until 31 August 2027, term-time plus INSET days, working with the Inclusion Team and external agencies.
You will undertake home visits, provide emotional support, signpost services, maintain records and support Team Around the Family
