We’re now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily running of our warehouse operation. You’ll lead teams on the warehouse floor, plan and coordinate daily activity, and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

This is a practical leadership role with responsibility for team coordination, performance, planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily warehouse operations (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch)
  • Lead, motivate, and support warehouse teams through a visible, hands-on approach
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and quality, adjusting plans as required
  • Support stock accuracy, product care, and efficient workflows
  • Drive warehouse optimisation, including layout, space utilisation, and process improvement
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture
  • Act as a key link between warehouse teams, account management, and operations management to support service delivery and communication
Skills & ExperienceRequired
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing medium-sized warehouse teams
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (email, Excel, and calendar management)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting warehouse optimisation and process improvement
  • Confident public speaker with an approachable, hands-on leadership style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid forklift licence with at least 3 years’ experience
  • Health & Safety awareness

  • A positive, proactive attitude
