London based. Workshop and Showroom based in Crawley. Gloria Cycling is a premium titanium bike brand built on craftsmanship, adventure, and long-term ownership. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced sales professional with deep bike knowledge to help take the brand to the next level.
This is a hands-on, consultative sales role working closely with our workshop and operations team - guiding customers from first enquiry through specification, build, and delivery. You’ll also play a key role in building our B2B sales strategy and managing inbound leads from our eCommerce business via CRM.
What you’ll do:
- Own inbound sales leads from showroom, website, and eCommerce
- Advise customers on bikes, components, sizing, and builds
- Work closely with the workshop to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build and execute a B2B sales strategy (partners, trade, clubs, corporates)
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups via CRM
- Drive conversion, performance, and long-term relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience with a strong performance track record
