An award‑winning luxury services company is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join its marketing team in South West London. You’ll be working alongside the wider Marketing team to support the business’s B2C direct marketing campaigns by creating and implementing creative campaigns across a range of channels, using your excellent offline (non‑digital) marketing experience.
You’ll work on B2C campaigns, identifying marketing opportunities through to the successful implementation and post‑campaign analysis of a campaign’s success, in line with the company’s annual marketing plan and sales objectives. This is a great position for an experienced Direct Marketing Executive with several years of experience who is now looking for a new role within a well‑regarded brand with an excellent working culture, where you will have a great degree of freedom to implement your ideas, all while working with and being developed by an expert and supportive line manager who values personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute all aspects of a busy, high‑volume direct marketing campaign, while working with the wider marketing team to help design marketing materials.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers on direct marketing campaigns.
- Support PR and media opportunities, including in‑person events.
- Analyse and report on the success of campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Create and execute innovative advertising campaigns across several offline channels.
- Work as part of the marketing team to develop direct marketing campaigns.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Direct Marketing role.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with external design agencies.
- Prior experience creating direct marketing campaigns – essential.
- Understanding of customer retention and acquisition.
Up to £35,000 p.a. Private pension and healthcare. Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 in the office. Other benefits to be discussed on application. This permanent role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm and offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 and great opportunities for progression and further training within the company.
