The Role

As CSO , you will drive the scientific strategy, overseeing the entire biologics development pipeline from target selection through IND submission . You will work closely with the C-suite, investors, and external partners , ensuring scientific excellence and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a pipeline strategy from target selection (GPCRs & ion channels) to IND submission .
2. Transition AI-designed antibody candidates into preclinical and IND-ready biologics.
3. Leverage AI and machine learning for target validation, antibody optimization, and efficacy/tox prediction .
4. Establish credibility with investors, pharma, and strategic partners .
5. Manage collaborations, CDMOs, and preclinical model providers .
6. Provide scientific leadership and strategic direction to internal R&D teams.

About You

PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in antibody discovery, biologics development, and target selection.

Proven ability to integrate AI-driven approaches into drug discovery.

Strong leadership skills , with experience managing scientific teams.

Established track record in investor relations and pharma partnerships .

Expertise in preclinical development, IND submission, and regulatory strategy .
