Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  2. Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  3. Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit with our products or services.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  5. Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and lead quality.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and appointments set.

Knowledge & Experience:

  1. More than 5 years of software sales experience, with rich experience in telephone/email sales preferred.
  2. Familiar with the construction industry, with sales experience in the construction industry preferred.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs.
  3. Persistence and resilience in handling rejection.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
