About the Role:

A prestigious banking institution in London is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on nCino. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of nCino features and customizations tailored to banking workflows.
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
• Ensure best practices in coding, integration, and deployment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related technical decisions.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with nCino and its application in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect) are a plus.
