Are you passionate about using technology to drive social good? We\’re looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Nonprofit Cloud to join our growing team. You\’ll play a key role in designing and delivering transformative Salesforce solutions that empower nonprofits to do more-more efficiently, more transparently, and with greater impact.

What You\’ll Do

  • Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with nonprofit missions.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead data migration efforts and implement best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support the full development lifecycle-from planning and testing to deployment and post-launch optimization.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 1+ year working with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP.
  • Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency with declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata/configurations.
  • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification (required); Platform Developer I/II preferred.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations such as donor management, grant tracking, and volunteer coordination.
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.org features like Levels, Engagement Plans, Recurring Donations, and nonprofit-specific dashboards.
