Overview:
Glocomms is working with a leading UK bank undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of key CRM initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-functional team driving innovation across customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM best practices.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones.
