Overview:

Glocomms is working with a leading UK bank undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of key CRM initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-functional team driving innovation across customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM best practices.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.
