We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to become a valuable member of a dynamic team at a London-based Managed Service Provider (MSP). They pride themselves on delivering tailored IT services to a diverse range of businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will work under the direction and guidance of their Head of IT Services to ensure the highest standards of IT support and service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve 1st to 3rd line support tickets
- Manage and execute new client onboarding processes
- Deliver infrastructure and cloud migration projects
- Collaborate with vendors and handle technical escalations
- Support a wide range of client environments and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes
- Work with Sales and Service teams as needed to support client needs
- Solid background in 3rd line IT support
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and network management
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
- Proven experience with technical project work
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments
- Exposure to macOS, Android, and iOS device support
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks through to completion
