We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our client based in Liverpool (and globally) for a long-term contract. The client is in the logistics industry. The contract will run until the end of the year, with potential scope for extension, requiring 2 days per week on-site in Liverpool.
This position will work with and report to the Regional IT Director. There is a transformation increasing the scope of technology teams across Europe, therefore the Regional Technology Director requires support for the regional activities.
Responsibilities- Centralize and analyze project information from each country
- Lead regular meetings with local/regional/HP=O Technology teams
- Prepare reporting for Group-level management
- Act as a facilitator between Head Office strategies and local operational realities
- Ensure operational alignment between the Regional IT Director (Head Office) and local entities
- Drive the follow-up of Technology projects deployed across the region
- Report project progress to central management
- Proactively support local teams in implementation, issue escalation, and problem-solving
- Define and design the project specifications, with the project teams, based on three precise criteria: quality of the deliverable, budget, and deadline
- Manage PMs to establish and respect project monitoring schedules (deadlines, deliverables, etc.)
