Position summary:Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the assigned territory through professional marketing and expert product support. Build sustainable customer relationships and ensure high-quality surgical and service support.
Main activities:- Sales & Business Development
- Implement regional sales strategies and achieve defined sales and distribution targets
- Prepare forecasts, business plans, and regular reports
- Document market feedback, sales performance, and competitive activities
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify new business opportunities and target customers
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- Surgical support & technical support
- Professional support and technical assistance during operations
- Ensuring the availability of materials for surgical procedures
- Conducting preoperative consultations with surgeons
- Intraoperative communication of relevant monitoring data
- Management of consignment and loan instruments
- Training & customer development
- Training of physicians and surgical staff (product training, workshops, specialist events)
- Organization of and participation in conferences and specialist events
- Advising customers on optimal product applications
- Close cooperation with logistics, customer service, and sales teams
- Compliance & Quality
- Compliance with all legal requirements, company guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Professional and ethically impeccable conduct toward customers and partners
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:- Completed degree or comparable qualification in the medical, scientific, or commercial field
- Experience in the sale of medical technology, ideally in the field of spinal surgery
- High technical affinity and surgical experience are an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
