We are looking for a B2B Events Marketing Manager to join our friendly, diverse, and growing team based in London. You will have responsibility for marketing a portfolio of decarbonisation and sustainability conferences. You will create and execute marketing plans and strategies to create leads for sales teams and drive online bookings. The role covers all aspects of end-to-end campaign management including strategy, reporting and analysis, project management, marketing planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve growth targets for assigned events
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Closely monitor campaign performance and implement necessary adjustments
- Oversee all marketing activities to ensure timely completion
- Develop and implement effective paid and organic social media marketing strategies
- Identify audience gaps and create data research strategies to address them
- Build targeted data selections for marketing campaigns
- Analyse weekly reports to identify growth opportunities and potential issues
- Stay informed about market trends and audience preferences
- Produce compelling, benefit-driven marketing copy for various channels (email, brochures, website, social media)
- Execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Monitor and optimize website performance
- Establish strategic partnerships with key media partners and associations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar B2B events marketing role
- Excellent copywriting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in campaign management and driving paid delegate attendance
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Active Campaign or HubSpot
