We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conference Marketing Executive to join our friendly, diverse, and growing team based in London. In this role, you will support the Marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for a portfolio of decarbonisation and sustainability conferences. You will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the sales team and increase online bookings.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website) to drive attendee registration and revenue.
- Content Creation: Write, proofread, and produce engaging marketing copy, including newsletters, press releases, and editorials.
- Website Management: Maintain and update event websites with accurate and engaging content.
- Digital & Social Media Management: Manage event websites, maintain attendee databases, and coordinate social media schedules.
- Operational Support: Work with sales and operations teams to create marketing collateral, manage media partner relations, and run ambassador programs.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and attendee feedback.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing budgets, coordinate with vendors, and assist with on-site event marketing as needed.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of B2B events marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting and analytical skills, with a proven track record of running successful, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Graphic design fundamentals (e.g. Canva, Adobe), preferable but not essential.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
