Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Airfreight Operations & Pricing Coordinator. The Coordinator will handle day-to-day airfreight operations, manage pricing strategies, and ensure the smooth handling of customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating with sales teams, suppliers, customers and overseas partners.
The role is hybrid, located in Farnborough, with some work from home being acceptable.
Qualifications
- A minimum 2 years airfreight operations experance working in the UK marketplace including booking cargo, customs entries and managing job files.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experienced in airfreight export & import
- DG Trained is a bonus
