Globeia is establishing its base in Manchester, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Associate to be the first face of our service on the ground. This is a part-time, hourly role, 5 to 15 hours per week to start, scaling up as our client volume grows. In the early phase, you will be working mobile, meeting clients across the city. Once volumes build, we will establish a permanent office space in Manchester, and you will have the opportunity to grow with us into that.
What you will be doing:
- Meeting our clients across Manchester to assist with administrative paperwork and document handling.
- Coordinating appointments and managing day to day client communication.
- Keeping accurate records of every interaction, document, and timestamp.
- Acting as the local point of contact for our global team.
- Supporting the rollout of our Manchester office once volumes justify the move.
Who we are looking for:
- Someone comfortable commuting across Manchester, whether that is by tram, bus, train, or taxi, depending on what the day calls for.
- Open and flexible with your time, since your weekly schedule will be built around the availability you share with us and may shift week to week based on client demand.
- Sharp attention to detail, the kind of person who does not miss things and double checks the things that matter.
- Professional, warm, and presentable when meeting clients.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior admin, front office, or client facing experience is preferred but not required.
The offer:
- £17 per hour.
- All travel and commuting costs reimbursed.
- Part time hours scheduled around your availability, between 5 and 20 hours per week.
- Hourly pay, paid regularly.
- A real opportunity to grow with us as Manchester scales, since early hires often become foundational team members.
