Stonar is seeking an Academic Data & Systems Manager to lead on academic data, systems, timetabling and management information across the School, from Nursery through to Sixth Form. Working closely with the Deputy Head Academic, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and meaningful information supports pupil progress, curriculum planning and effective decision-making.
The role is varied, combining responsibility for iSAMS and academic systems, whole-school timetabling, staff cover, pupil reporting, academic tracking and pupil registration. You will also provide analysis and management information to help the School understand curriculum delivery, staffing, room utilisation and pupil numbers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, has strong attention to detail and can build effective relationships across a busy school environment. You will be central to ensuring Stonar has accurate, reliable information and efficient academic processes that support both staff and pupils.
