Responsibilities

• Manage the professional yard, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Coach and mentor children aged 4 to 19, teaching stable management skills.
• Prepare students for BHS examinations, providing training and support.
• Collaborate with qualified staff to deliver high‑quality equestrian instruction.
• Participate in occasional evenings and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Stage 2 Coach and Stage 3 care and lunge or actively working towards these qualifications, supervised by qualified staff.
• Proven success in teaching children aged 4‑19 and experience working on a professional yard.
• Strong knowledge of stable management and child safety.
• Ability to convey practical skills effectively to students of varying ages.
• Willingness to undergo child protection screening and background checks.

Essential Information
