ICS London is an independent, IB Continuum and IB World School, with 40 years' history, providing an international IB education to students aged 3 - 18 (Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes). We are recruiting for an experienced, full-time Administrator/Receptionist to join our Primary School community! This is an exciting, standalone position available on a permanent, term-time-only basis starting August 2026.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of two years experience working as a school administrator
  • Hold GCSE's (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.
  • Have experience using ISAMS
  • Excellent Communication skills in person, by telephone and in writing
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of safeguarding
  • Incredibly Supportive environment working with colleagues and line managers who genuinely want to see you succeed and thrive
