Stonar School is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Admissions Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic Marketing & Admissions team. This exciting role combines creativity with administration, playing a key part in attracting and welcoming prospective families while supporting the school's marketing activities.

You will help create engaging content across our digital channels, including social media, newsletters, photography and video, while also supporting the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment. From organising recruitment events and maintaining our website to managing admissions data and assisting with school tours, you'll be at the heart of showcasing everything that makes Stonar special.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys working with people, has a keen eye for detail and is confident using digital platforms. Qualifications:
  • Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • A degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Literature and numerate (GCSE or equivalent grades A-C English & Maths)
What we offer:
  • Full-time, permanent, year-round position
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (Holidays must be taken during school holidays)
  • A welcoming and supportive working environment
  • Complimentary lunch during term time when the school kitchen is open
