Stonar School is seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing & Admissions to join its Executive Management Group at a defining moment in the School's development. Reporting directly to the Head and working closely with the Head of Marketing & Admissions UK (Globeducate), this is a significant strategic leadership opportunity for an ambitious, commercially aware and relationship-focused professional.
You will lead the School's Marketing & Admissions function, shaping strategy, strengthening Stonar's reputation and delivering sustainable pupil recruitment and retention across both our day and boarding communities, whilst ensuring an exceptional experience for every prospective family. This is far more than a traditional admissions role. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Admissions Team, you will combine creativity, market intelligence, digital innovation and data-informed decision-making to strengthen the School's market positioning, identify new opportunities for growth and help define the pupils and families who will thrive within the Stonar community.
You will also provide strategic leadership for alumni engagement, helping to strengthen lifelong relationships with Old Stonarians and supporting the School's longer-term vision for external engagement and future philanthropic development. An exceptional communicator and natural ambassador, you will build trusted relationships with prospective families, colleagues, recruitment partners, alumni and the wider community. Working collaboratively across the School, throughout Globeducate and with external partners, you will help ensure that every interaction with Stonar reflects the warmth, professionalism and ambition that define our School.

This is a full-time, year-round position based at Stonar School. Flexibility will be required to attend events with some evening and weekend engagements and UK and international travel.
