With exciting growth plans we are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing the right reporting and controls framework for the Group. You will be hands-on and provide robust financial reporting and assist the operating businesses with all financial matters, providing clear and pragmatic challenge where appropriate.
Requirements of the role- Qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience.
- Experience of working in an International Group with a good understanding of managing financial reporting across diverse markets.
- Experience of working in production, retail, and multi-site operations.
- You will have experience of using ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others in a consistent manner.
- Ability to adapt and embrace change.
- The ability to work at a pace, in a structured way.
