An international business based in Farnborough is offering a great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong stores and logistics experience to join its growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse and supervise a small team, ensuring all Goods-in and Goods-out are dealt with efficiently to meet the demands of the business.
Strong communication skills will be needed as youll be liaising with international customers and freight forwarders and dealing with any issues that arise.

The Warehouse Supervisor will have:
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of Legal and H&S regulations in the workplace and stock, purchasing and sales order systems.
- Good IT skills with the ability to create Excel reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Solid knowledge of shipping goods with the correct documentation to ensure legal compliance.
- Pivot Steer Fork-Lift, manual handling, working at height, and banksman certificates would be ideal, but can be gained in post.
- The ability to lead and mentor and be able to cope under pressure.
- Good listening and communication skills, especially when dealing with customer issues.
- Planning, prioritising and good time management skills.
- Negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with 5S principles and LEAN would be ideal but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
