Overview Installation Design Estimator role at Globe Traders – Web Marketing Solutions.What Youll Be Doing Preparing accurate materials and labour take-offs for a variety of technical projects.Creating and issuing detailed estimates, proposals, and technical submissions.Working closely with Sales and Project Fulfilment teams to evaluate risks and find smart solutions.Reviewing project specs and drawings to produce clear, cost-effective design estimates.Ensuring all designs meet quality, regulatory, and health & safety standards.Producing system renders, wiring diagrams, and schematics for active safety system designs.What Were Looking For At least 3 years experience in estimating, ideally within electrical or technology-based installations e.g., CCTV, security systems, or similar.A relevant qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management or similar.Strong IT skills, including Excel and design tools such as CAD or Revit.Excellent communication and organisational abilities youll be collaborating across teams and with clients.Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required).CSCS / SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be an advantage.Why Join Youll be part of a progressive, tech-driven business that values innovation, collaboration, and precision.
