Responsibilities

• Producing clear, accurate designs using CAD or Revit for various building systems.
• Preparing estimates and costings, translating designs into project budgets.
• Collaborating with Sales and Project Fulfillment teams to evaluate risks and identify pragmatic solutions.
• Reviewing project specifications and drawings to deliver cost‑effective, compliant designs.
• Supporting project documentation, including technical submissions and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with design tools such as CAD or Revit.
• Prior estimating experience in a similar technical or building systems environment (solid exposure required).
• M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) background is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, comfortable collaborating across teams and with clients.
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management are desirable.
• Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required).
• CSCS / SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH qualifications are a plus.
• UK work eligibility required; visa sponsorship not available.
