Are you able to lead a high-performing busy Investment and Pensions team in a supportive, forward-thinking environment? We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Pension & Investment Administrator who can guide and inspire a local financial services team. You’ll lead, coach, and support your team while managing pensions and investments, including transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and complex cases. You’ll also be the go‑to point for technical queries and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience at a senior level or managing Investment and Pension teams
- Knowledge of client management systems (IO or similar)
- Relevant financial planning experience/qualifications (or working towards them)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
