This role will lead the identification, planning, and execution of the Technical Group's strategic and transformation initiatives. This role ensures alignment with Corporate and Transformation directives to deliver targeted business and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the structure for identifying, planning, and executing strategic and transformational initiatives in line with corporate and Transformation directives.
- Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives by ensuring clear execution plans, defined KPIs, measurable targets, and adequate allocation of resources (people, tools, budget).
- Monitor progress actively, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure the achievement of objectives as outlined in NTG’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Objectives and Key Result Areas (OKRs).
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to address delays or challenges in initiatives, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
- Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to optimize strategy execution and operational performance.
