Position Summary:

As a Co-Founder based in the New York City Area, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling Globe Tech Soft Ltd’s presence in the U.S. market. We are seeking a visionary leader with strong sales experience in the tech industry to drive growth, build client relationships, and co-lead strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role with equity ownership and a path to shape the company’s direction in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner in expanding Globe Tech Soft’s footprint in the U.S.
  • Lead business development, client acquisition, and enterprise sales efforts.
  • Build and manage a local sales team and operational infrastructure.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the U.S. technology landscape.
  • Identify and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at tech conferences, client meetings, and investor pitches.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align local initiatives with corporate vision.
  • Influence product and service positioning based on U.S. market feedback.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record in enterprise tech sales, business development, or SaaS solutions.
  • Previous founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup experience is highly desirable.
  • Deep network in the San Francisco Bay Area and understanding of the tech ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
