Base pay range Are you a recent English language graduate interested in pursuing a career in Bid Writing? Are you a talented communicator, with the ability to quickly extract required information from others to succinctly answer commercial tender questions and translate into compelling winning proposals? Utilising your creative and persuasive flair you will curate and deliver high-impact compelling winning bids, proposals, and tender responses which effectively communicate our services, value proposition and differentiate us from our competitors, to secure successfully new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland to contribute to Globe’s strategic growth. With proven English written language skills, strong commercial acumen and ability to quickly understand business insights you will collate relevant information to write persuasive tender responses within required timelines. As you progress in the role you will transition to take accountability for the end-to-end tender process and further collaborate with key stakeholders to create captivating presentations for clients to positively promote our tailored solutions to drive impactful outcomes for all. What you’ll receive Our commitment to your ongoing personal and professional career development Training and tailored individual development plans from our excellent Learning and Development Team Supportive colleagues, mentors and managers working collectively in a fun social office environment Health Care Plan to support your health and wellbeing, giving you cash back for dental, optical, physiotherapy treatments, 247 access to GP services and more Discounted gym membership Access to Perks Discounts e.g., discounted cinema tickets, mobile phones, apple products and more Cycle to Work Scheme Spin the Wheel rewards Competitions to win holidays away with colleagues Company social events and Director days out What you will be doing Writing new compelling persuasive, clear, concise, and winning responses for identified tenders showcasing Globe Workforce Solutions offerings Analysing tender marking criteria to structure full responses to maximise scoring potential Storyboarding, content planning, information gathering and working in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and build comprehensive accurate proposals Editing contributions from other stakeholders to ensure consistency of one voice in final responses Ensuring proposals adhere to tender specifications, legal requirements and company policies Collaborating and co-ordinating with the Head of Contracts and Operations on bid schedules, submission processes and defining responsibilities Implementing rigorous quality control processes to review, edit and proofread bid documents for consistency, accuracy and compliance Deliver completed written proposal responses for internal management approval prior to ITT/RFP deadlines Supporting with preparation of proposal presentations for sales teams to deliver to clients Participating in post-bid debriefs analysis to identify areas for improvement, to increase quality and future winnability Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors offers and market dynamics to ensure our bids and proposals remained competitive and innovative Managing the end-to-end tendering process and associated activities to secure tender wins, as required Attending client tender information meetings and liaising with clients to clarify requirements as required Participate in bid kick-off meetings, with key stakeholders and progress update meetings Cover rota management on Insourcing projects, as required Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned You will bring A degree in English Literature or related subject Natural ability in written English language. curating compelling responses, storyboarding and content Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Exceptional persuasive, influential written, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with high attention to detail, quality and accuracy Working in the healthcare, public sector or recruitment environment Preferably experience of bid writing, bid project management and end-to-end tendering process and associated activities Competent user of IT, including Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, word and excel Location: WeWork The Monument, 51 Eastcheap, EC3M 1DT Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm Employment type: Permanent full time Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Writing/Editing and General Business Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
