- Pay rate - £25 per hour
- Working Pattern - Mon-Fri, 8am & 4.30pm usually 8:30 starts (Flexible with how many days they would do)
Specific Skills
- ELMS2 experience for Wheelchair Services (desirable)
- Provide clinical input working with service users, families, carers, and MDT
- Carry out triage and clinical assessments (mobility, posture, pressure care)
- Prescribe, review, and set up equipment with service user involvement
- Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping
- Manage caseload effectively and use outcome measures
- Handle medical device management responsibilities
- Follow safeguarding procedures for vulnerable individuals
- Perform physical/postural assessments (bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.)
- Lift and handle wheelchairs and equipment daily
- Must have very good experience in Wheelchair
Requirements
- 2year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
