The role:
As an experienced recruiter, you will take ownership of your desk and be responsible for driving performance, revenue, and long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding gross profit targets and KPIs
- Sourcing, attracting, and qualifying high-quality candidates within Allied Health / Health Science
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with the Business Development team on proposals and service delivery
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job qualification and CV submission through to interview, offer, placement, and post-placement care
- Proactively identifying and converting cold, prospect, and lapsed clients
- Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with candidates and clients through regular check-ins
- Maximising candidate utilisation and ensuring accurate, compliant database records
- Ensuring all candidates meet safeguarding, compliance, and training requirements prior to deployment
- Adhering to commercial, legal, financial, and data protection standards
- Monitoring placement end dates, securing extensions, and redeploying candidates
- Contributing positively to team culture and cross-functional collaboration
