Occupational Therapy – Community Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist
Location: Northampton
Start date: 06/07/2026 – 02/10/2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Pay Rate: £39 per hour
Responsibilities
- Leading therapy assessments and rehabilitation of patients admitted into the service primarily from the hospitals.
- Access visits to the properties to determine provision for minor adaptations and equipment.
- Manage a caseload and delegate tasks to therapy assistants.
- May need to take on referrals on the wider discharge to assess pathway.
- Liaise with MDT professionals to ensure streamlined discharges.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance is essential.
Requirements
- 1 year(s) post graduate experience.
- Valid Passport/Visa.
- Fully compliant and cleared to work.
- DBS or Police Check.
- HCPC Registered.
