Occupational Therapy Job Description
- Speciality -Band 7 Mental Health OT
- Location -South East London
- Start date - ASAP
- Contract Length - Ongoing
- Pay Rate - £29-32per hour
- Experienced mental health professional, such as an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or other relevant registered professional.
- Lead safe, effective, high-quality care and provide professional and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
- Support staff development, supervision and performance, promoting strong team working.
- Drive quality improvement, innovation and person-centred, evidence-based practice.
- Experience of mental health services, leadership and MDT working essential; team management, service improvement and project/budget management desirable.
Requirements
- 1 year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
