You will deliver community-based rehabilitation, travel to client sites as required, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues. Start date ASAP with an ongoing contract and a pay rate of £25–£32 per hour.
Applicants must be HCPC registered, DBS or police checked, and fully compliant to work in the UK.
