We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Finance Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and help drive the next phase of international growth, operational excellence and business performance.
The Finance Director is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance and commercial performance of a leading healthcare recruitment and workforce solutions group with operations in the UK, outsourced support functions in India and an expanding recruitment presence in Australia.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Director will provide both strategic and hands-on financial leadership to support profitable growth, operational excellence and international expansion. The role encompasses financial control, corporate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management and business performance, while providing commercial insight and challenge to support decision-making across the business.
Working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, the Finance Director will help shape the future direction of the Group, ensuring strong financial performance, effective governance and robust oversight of international operations. This is an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in a growing local and international business, driving sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
