Occupational Therapy Job Description
- Speciality -Band 6 Community OT - car driver
- Location -Worcester
- Start date -ASAP -End date: 3 Month Placement
- Contract Length -Ongoing
- Pay Rate - £25 per hour
- Band & role: Band 6 Occupational Therapist
- Hours: 37.5 per week, preferably Monday to Friday but can do weekends if they are comfortable with lone working.
- Specifics: Please see the attached job description.
- Experience of working within the community setting.
- Confidence in completing manual handling assessments such as hoists.
- Confidence with prescribing and fitting low equipment alongside special orders such as riser/recliner chairs.
- Experience of working with IT system EMIS.
- The candidate needs a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Requirements
- 1 year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
