Physiotherapy Job Description
- Speciality -Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist
- Location -Ilford
- Start date - ASAP
- Contract length -01 Dec #removed#:30 - 26 Feb #removed#:30
- Pay rate - £26-28 per hour
- The independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients in a community rehab team. Using recognisable outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans. Confident to plan own caseload and treatment plans. Previous experience of managing deteriorating patients is desirable given the majority of patients are being discharged into our service from the acute hospital. Responsible for ensure documentation is in line with HCPC standards
- Experience in NHS and post qualification as an Physiotherapist, preferably within the community and rehab setting. Experience of acute hospital patient management would support with identifying patients who are deteriorating/at risk of deteriorating. Car drivers would be preferable given the community role.
Requirements
- 1year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
