Occupational Therapy Job Description
- Speciality -Band 6 Acute Stroke OT
- Location -Ilford
- Start date -ASAP
- Contract Length -Ongoing
- Pay Rate - £26-28 per hour
- Specialits knowledge and skills in rehabilitation of stroke and neuro patients, to attend and engage in discussions of service users in the complex clinical discussion meetings.
- Management and support of junoir staff.
- Essential IT skills for data collection and input.
- Knowledge of SSNAP audits
The Role
- To provide high quality effective occupational therapy assessment and short term treatment/management programmes for adults presenting with a range of conditions, who require a community based service.
- To use specialist OT knowledge and skills to manage own complex caseload, as an autonomous practitioner.
Requirements
- 1 year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
