Biomedical Scientist Job Description
- Speciality -Biomedical Scientist
- Location -Dundee
- Start date -ASAPfor 6 months
- Contract Length -Ongoing
- Pay Rate -£40 per hour Umbrella (£34.78 PAYE through trusts DE System)
- Band 6
- Essential Experience: Processing of positive Blood cultures; Storage of isolates on beads; Processing organisms for EUCAST; Processing organisms for Vitek; Reading of urines using chromogenic agar.
- Desirable experience: Use of Winpath enterprise Laboratory IT system; Use of BacTAlert / Virtuo; Vitek MS Prime; Vitek 2 AST
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- 1 year(s) post graduate experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
- HCPC Registered
