The role is primarily remote, with 1-2 days per week together in the office (in London). /p p br /p p strong The Responsibilities /strong /p p As an Analyst, you will be expected to: /p p (i) u Perform market analysis and contribute to consulting engagements /u : /p ul li Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable advice that meets client needs. /li li Lead the build-out and ongoing management of market analysis and forecasts across a portfolio of strategic metals, covering supply, demand, and price dynamics. /li li Serve as a key client contact on consulting projects, building trusted advisor relationships and presenting key findings to senior stakeholders. /li li Possible travel for conferences, client meetings, or site visits. /li /ul p (ii) u Develop core research thought leadership /u : /p ul li Become a global expert in a portfolio of commodities, developing and maintaining deep analytical insights into the markets, always using a data-driven approach.. /li li Contribute to insightful reports, market studies, and articles that showcase your expertise and reinforce the companys position as an expert voice in the industry. /li /ul p (iii) u Innovate and shape our analytical approach /u : /p ul li Introduce advanced research methods, new data sources, and analytical tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of our work. /li li Contribute ideas on new research products and areas of coverage to help direct the companys future growth. /li /ul p br /p p strong The Requirements /strong /p p br /p p strong The Ideal Candidate Profile /strong /p p strong Interested in mining/metals/critical minerals: /strong you are curious strong /strong about the mining sector (exploration, mining, processing, refining, supply chains, downstream demand) and all its associated aspects (e.g. geology, engineering, economics, trade, geopolitics, etc). /p p strong Independent: /strong You are a self-starter who thrives in a setting that offers a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to work remotely. /p p strong An innovator: /strong You are driven to find better ways to analyse markets and are excited by the chance to build new analytical approaches from the ground up. /p p strong A clear communicator: /strong You can explain complex market dynamics with clarity and confidence, both in writing and in presentations. /p p br /p p strong 7. Qualifications Experience /strong /p p strong Experience: /strong Some (5-8+ years) relevant experience in commodity market analysis is useful but not essential.
