The Role

Based in Central London SW1, working 4 days in the office and 1 day at home, the successful candidate will lead and manage UK tax responsibilities in line with our clients Group Tax Strategy. This includes compliance, accounting and reporting, controls and risk management, planning, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business while ensuring tax compliance and strategic efficiency across all UK entities.

The Key Responsibilities

• Provide UK tax technical support to the region.
• Manage direct and indirect tax audits and investigations.
• Oversee corporate and deferred tax calculations and filings.
• Monitor and mitigate tax exposures.
• Support business units with tax planning and restructuring advice.
• Liaise with HMRC and external tax advisors.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax payments and returns.

The Requirements

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Law; Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 5 years’ taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, international tax principles, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
