As a Healthcare Specialist SME, you will leverage your extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry to drive transformation programs from a technology and engineering perspective. You will play a pivotal role as a solution owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions on our platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing new business through participation in proposals and oral presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee large technology teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a solution owner, responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet industry standards and client needs.
- Contribute to winning bids and proposals by participating in RFPs and delivering compelling oral presentations.
- Ensure that designs, approaches, and standards are extensible across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry challenges, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
