Right now, we are looking for Solution Architect – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect to join our team at Globant!
Skills and experience:
- Possesses a broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its associated data model (5+ years)
- Knowledge and experience of product capabilities, understanding when to use configuration rather than custom code (minimizing the code used)
- Able to gather high-level business requirements in a Pre-Sales environment, and convert this into costed Client proposals.
- Ability to run and support Client facing Design workshops
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation soft skills
- Contribute to the Solution and Technical Design (including the associated documentation)
- Specifying integrations required for core Banking Systems
- Full project lifecycle experience on Salesforce Banking Transformation Programmes (a minimum of 2 major programmes)
- Willing to share knowledge and best practices with team members; and to develop team members
- Worked within the community of Global Systems Integrators, including projects using nearshore and offshore resources, for at least 4 years
- Industry experience in the Retail Banking Sector (4+ years) including mortgages (B2B & B2C); able to lead our Financial Services Cloud Delivery Practice and support the Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams in the pursuit and execution of work.
- Professional experience for 12-15+ years and as a leader for at least 8 years
- Salesforce experience for 10 years
