- People & their performance

Asset Library (templates)
- Tools to support delivery:
- Project Planning & Management: SmartSheet
- Sprint/Backlog management: Jira or client equivalent
- CI/CD: BitBucket or client equivalent
- Process map/diagramming tools: Lucidchart/Miro
Oversight of engagement and performance of team members on projects within their portfolio.
Provide feedback and support the career/personal development of team members on projects within their portfolio.
Responsible for promoting recognition and celebrating success within the team.

Thought Leadership.
Support Marketing and Solutions efforts with vertical/solution expertise.
Identifying & leading Enablement Sessions – product/industry vertical specific.
Contribution to initiatives led by Growth Directors.
Promote office attendance within their teams to drive collaboration.
Support recruitment process and identify recruitment gaps within their portfolio.
Attend Programme Review meetings.
Coaching Project/ Functional Leads.
Identifying performance concerns and coaching team members through these challenges, escalating where appropriate.
Providing advice & guidance on personal matters (raising specific issues with HR where appropriate).
Review Statements of Work for appropriate estimations of effort, timeline, required skill set and functional requirements/design.
Act as the link between Solutions & Delivery for product/industry specific expertise.
