We seek a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers\’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate)
- Industry experience in the Retail Banking Sector (8+ years), including mortgages and Insurance (B2B and B2C). Private banking is nice to have.
- Possesses a broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its associated data model (5+ years)
- Having knowledge and experience of product capabilities, understanding when to use configuration rather than custom code (minimising the code used)
- Ability to run Client facing Design workshops
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation soft skills; and will become the trusted advisor for the Client
- Ability to develop and control the content of the Solution and Technical Design (including the associated documentation)
- Understanding of typical integrations required for the Banking Sector
- Having full project lifecycle experience on Salesforce Banking Transformation Programmes (a minimum of 1 major programme)
- Willing to share knowledge and best practices to team members; and to develop a team around you so we can expand our industry penetration
- Worked within the community of Global Systems Integrators, including projects using nearshore and offshore resources, for at least 6 years
