We seek a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Industry experience in the Retail Banking Sector (8+ years), including mortgages and Insurance (B2B and B2C). Private banking is a plus.
- Broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its data model (5+ years)
- Knowledge of product capabilities, understanding when to use configuration rather than custom code (minimizing code use)
- Ability to run client-facing design workshops
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills; ability to become a trusted advisor for clients
- Experience in developing and controlling solution and technical design content, including documentation
- Understanding of typical banking sector integrations
- Experience managing full project lifecycle on Salesforce banking transformation programs (at least 1 major program)
- Willingness to share knowledge and best practices, and to develop team expertise to expand industry penetration
- Experience working within Global Systems Integrators, including projects with nearshore and offshore resources, for at least 6 years
