Head of SRE

We seek a Head of SRE who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Responsibilities

The Head of Operations – SRE leads and represents the SRE organization from an operational perspective, ensuring strong and proactive alignment with Product Delivery, Architecture, and Quality teams. Reliability, operability, and operational excellence must be embedded throughout the full software delivery lifecycle— not only during production incidents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior SRE, Engineering Operations, or Platform Engineering leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of leading P1/P2 incident response with executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Strong operational autonomy—history of driving improvement programs without requiring direction for recurring activities.
• Experience building cross-functional alignment between SRE, Product, Architecture, and Quality teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); able to brief senior stakeholders concisely under pressure.

Location: London, UK. The role requires onsite presence 5 days a week, with 3 of those days at the client site.
