Right now, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team at Globant! You will get the chance to:

What will help you succeed:
- Believe and love what you do.
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Advance English skills.
- Experience working with external clients and outsourcing.
- Directly interfacing with clients from US or Europe is a plus!
- Team leadership.
- Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!
- Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
- Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
- BSc in Engineering or related discipline is a big plus!
- Hands on software development experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks desired.
- Agile certifications are a plus!
